Mobile CRM Module
The Mobile CRM Module (Altesys SyncMobile) ensures a synchronous or asynchronous connection with Contact Pro: data can be sent to the central office and records can be updated either using the cradle, when the operator returns to the office, or from a mobile phone.
The added value of the technology developed is the possibility of loading the application onto your palmtop device a priori, working on the smallest possible memories and thus reducing to a minimum the resources used in the synchronization process with the centralized company applications, above in terms of bandwidth.
