Diary Module

The Contact Pro Appointments Diary Module is used to define and manage from the central office the appointments of the external network of agents, salesmen or purchasers, sharing the availability of each agent in real time.

The Contact Pro Diary Module enables all the activities of your agents, salesmen and/or purchasers to be managed in real time directly from the central office, eliminating the problems caused by overlapping commitments on the sales network.

This module, through Contact Pro, gives operators quick and easy access to the sales network diary, so that they can fix appointments only during the available hours free of all other commitments.

In accordance with availability and with reference to the places where appointments have been fixed, the program will indicate any more convenient time or day available, optimizing also the movements of your sales network operators.

The appointment will be entered in the centralized appointments diary in real time, thus eliminating the risk of overlapping commitments.
