Call Centre Module
The Call Centre Module of Contact Pro ensures perfect synchronization between the telephone component (Call Centre) and the data management component (Marketing Database). This enables contacts to be maximized and an extremely high level of efficiency to be reached during outbound and inbound campaigns.
The Call Centre module of Contact Pro integrates the most widespread CTI servers, including Altesys Contact+ and telephone exchanges, thus ensuring optimum use of your Call or Contact Centre’s resources.
Contact Pro automates calls through preset call lists, schedules call-backs, routes the call to the first free operator or the one related to a given target, showing on the screen all the information required to carry out the telemarketing activity correctly (customer record, questionnaires, product information, etc.).
In multi-database environments, at each call, Contact Pro moves automatically to the database related to the activity called.
Functions:
In outbound mode, using the powerful features of the telephone platform, the Call Centre module automatically handles “busy”, “no answer” and “no dialling tone” statuses and only passes valid calls to the operators.
As in inbound mode, the data in your possession on the contact will be displayed automatically when the call is made. If supported by the integration feature, the basic Preview call functions can be supplemented with the Power and Predictive algorithms, thus increasing the productivity of the Call or Contact Centre enormously.
