Automatic eMail distribution

Automatic eMail distribution is a recently developed function used to monitor the second most frequently used contact channel in the contact centres after the telephone, that is, eMail.

Using semantic algorithms, the contents of an eMail will be interpreted and it will be distributed to the campaign best suited to handle it, and to the most appropriate operator.

Over the past few years, there has been an exponential increase in the use of this communication channel, which has obliged many companies to employ staff in eMail sorting activities, which, using this function, can be handled automatically, thus increasing the efficiency of the contact centre.
